Most impound cars need a police release from the department that had it impounded or proof of ownership for release.
Impounds are cash only.
PLEASE CALL BEFORE COMING TO PICK UP YOUR VEHICLE SO YOU WILL KNOW WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING WITH YOU.
If your vehicle was towed by law enforcement, please call us at 440-234-3435 to obtain any release information. Once the vehicle is released by the impounding agency or owner obtained the release from the agency, you can make arrangements with us to pick up your vehicle.

Vehicle owners may create sign a notarized document giving permission to
another party to act on their behalf. We will keep original document
for our records. No photocopy’s accepted.

ITEMS NEEDED FOR RELEASE:
- CASH PAYMENT – CASH ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS! Call us for a total.
- Picture ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport, military ID, work/school picture ID).
- A photo ID is needed to prove identity.
- Release (Call for release info.)
- Court Immobilization Journal Entry. (If Applicable) If vehicle is subject to
Immobilization, The Arresting Court will supply you with a “Journal Entry” form stating
where the vehicle is to be stored. We will need to make a copy of this form.

Personal Property In Vehicle:
Personals can be released to the vehicle’s registered owner ONLY. Owner must show photo ID and proof of ownership to obtain any personals left inside an impounded vehicle. Personals can be picked up during daylight hours. Vehicle owners may create and sign a notarized document giving permission to another party to act on their behalf. We will keep original document for our records. No photocopy’s accepted.
